The Board of Directors of IMC S.A. (hereinafter "the Company") hereby announces IMC Smart Green Strategy 2023-2033.
IMC Smart Green Strategy 2023-2033 is focused on the following strategic directions: - Operational efficiency improvement - Fossil fuel consumption decrease - Greenhouse Gas emission reduction - Preservation of Soil fertility & health - Investments in the acquisition of agricultural land in Ukraine - Personnel development - Local communities support The Company has developed Sustainable Agriculture projects for each strategic direction. In general, to implement IMC Smart Green Strategy, the Company plans to invest about USD 233 million during the years 2023-2033.
