DataWalk Inc., o podpisaniu umowy z Amazon.com Services LLC z siedzibą w Seattle („Amazon”), której przedmiotem jest sprzedaż licencji platformy analitycznej DataWalk.
Amazon jest drugą pod względem wielkości spółką i zarazem największą platformą e-commerce w USA, światowym liderem handlu online. System DataWalk ma zostać wykorzystany do wewnętrznych i zewnętrznych dochodzeń i zapobiegania oszustwom, aby zapewnić bezpieczne i pewne miejsce handlu dla globalnych klientów platformy. Amazon is the second biggest company and the biggest e-commerce platform in the USA, a global leader in online retail. They are planning to use the DataWalk system for internal and external fraud investigation and prevention to ensure a safe and secure marketplace for their global customers. The Executive Board of the Company recognized the fact that concluding this agreement is confidential information, as this confirms the Issuer’s ability to successfully support a variety of commercial applications in the U.S., and may have a positive impact on the competitive position of the Issuer’s Capital Group which may impact the future financial situation and development prospects of the Issuer and its Capital Group.
