SPH Notification for sale of treasury shares

Sofia, Bulgaria – According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, “Sopharma” AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on August 11, 2025 the Company sold 5 499 (five thousand four hundred and ninety nine) treasury shares representing 0.001% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of BGN 13 497.53 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was BGN 2.46.
