SPH Notification for sale of treasury shares

Sofia, Bulgaria – According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, “Sopharma” AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on August 21, 2025 the Company sold 17 126 (seventeen thousand one hundred and twenty-six) treasury shares representing 0.003% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of BGN 41 961.96 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was BGN 2.45.
