SPH Notification for sale of treasury shares

Sofia, Bulgaria – According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, “Sopharma” AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on September 1, 2025 the Company sold 56 195 (fifty-six thousand one hundred and ninety-five) treasury shares representing 0.01% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of BGN 148 544.50 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was BGN 2.64.
