SPH Notification for sale of treasury shares

Sofia, Bulgaria, October 07, 2025 – According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, “Sopharma” AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on October 06, 2025 the Company sold 12 000 (twelve thousand) treasury shares representing 0.002% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of BGN 32 070.00 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was BGN 2.67.
