SPH Notification for sale of treasury shares
Sofia, Bulgaria, November 18, 2025 – According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, “Sopharma” AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on November 17, 2025 the Company sold 5000 (five thousand) treasury shares representing 0.001% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of BGN 13 350.00 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was BGN 2.67.
The total number of treasury shares after this transaction is 19 301 015 representing 3.58% of the share capital of the Company.
