SPH Notification for sale of trasury shares

Sofia, Bulgaria – According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, “Sopharma” AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on November 24, 2025 the Company sold 1 000 (one thousand) treasury shares representing 0.0002% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of BGN 2 670.00 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was BGN 2.67.
The total number of treasury shares after this transaction is 19 297 615 representing 3.58% of the share capital of the Company.
