SPH Notification for sale of treasury shares
Sofia, Bulgaria – According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, “Sopharma” AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on November 27, 2025 the Company sold 166 500 (one hundred sixty-six thousand and five hundred) treasury shares representing 0.03% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of BGN 447 905.00 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was BGN 2.69.
The total number of treasury shares after this transaction is 19 128 215 representing 3.55% of the share capital of the Company.
