KRK Share buy-back programme schedule from January to June 2026

Based on the provisions of Article 26 of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange Rules, Article 158 of the Market in Financial Instruments Act, Article 2 of the Commission Delegated regulation (EU) No 2016/1052 and Article 17 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014, Krka, d. d., Novo mesto (hereinafter: Krka) discloses information regarding share buy-back programme schedule from January to June 2026.
Krka disclosed the start of the share buy-back programme on 20 July 2023 through the electronic dissemination system SEOnet. The programme schedule for H1 2026 is attached. The public will be regularly informed about these acquisitions of treasury shares. This announcement will be published on the company’s website (www.krka.biz) starting from 28 November 2025 for a minimum period of 5 years.
