SPH Notification for sale of treasury shares

Sofia, Bulgaria – According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, “Sopharma” AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on December 01, 2025 the Company sold 144 000 (one hundred forty-four thousand) treasury shares representing 0.03% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of BGN 390 590.00 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was BGN 2.71.
The total number of treasury shares after this transaction is 18 961 955 representing 3.52% of the share capital of the Company.
