KRK Acquisition of treasury shares
Based on the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, d. d., Ljubljana and Article 2 of the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 Krka, d. d., Novo mesto announces:
With a reference to the public notice from 20 July 2023, Krka is publicly disclosing information on transactions relating to buy-back programme in the period from 28 November 2025 up to and including 4 December 2025. Krka acquired 5,020 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 1,023,949 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows: - on 28 November 2025: 1,054 shares at a VWAP of EUR 204.34, - on 1 December 2025: 1,034 shares at a VWAP of EUR 204.00, - on 2 December 2025: 1,012 shares at a VWAP of EUR 204.33, - on 3 December 2025: 991 shares at a VWAP of EUR 204.10 and - on 4 Decemberr 2025: 929 shares at a VWAP of EUR 203.00. Price is calculated as volume weighted average price (VWAP). Ilirika d.d., Intercapital d.d. and NLB d.d. were brokers in these transactions. Detailed report on acquisition of treasury shares attached. The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 2,419,646 representing 7.378% of all shares issued. The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 2,424,666 representing 7.394% of all shares issued. The notice will be published on the Company's website (www.krka.biz) from 5 December 2025 onwards, for a minimum period of 5 years.
