SPH Notification for sale of treasury shares

Sofia, Bulgaria – According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, “Sopharma” AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on January 15, 2026 the Company sold 49 655 (forty-nine thousand six hundred and fifty-five) treasury shares representing 0.01% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of EUR 92 738.30 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was EUR 1.87.
The total number of treasury shares after this transaction is 13 341 323 representing 2.47% of the share capital of the Company.
