SPH Notification for sale of treasury shares

Sofia, Bulgaria – According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, “Sopharma” AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on March 17, 2026 the Company sold 63 300 (sixty-three thousand and three hundred) treasury shares representing 0.01% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of EUR 107 548.00 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was EUR 1.70.
The total number of treasury shares after this transaction is 11 907 017 representing 2.21% of the share capital of the Company.
