SPH Notification for sale of treasury shares

Sofia, Bulgaria – According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, “Sopharma” AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on March 18, 2026 the Company sold 115 055 (one hundred fifteen thousand fifty five) treasury shares representing 0.02% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of EUR 195 539.04 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was EUR 1.70.
The total number of treasury shares after this transaction is 11 791 962 representing 2.19% of the share capital of the Company.
