SPH Notification for sale of treasury shares

Sofia, Bulgaria, May 07, 2026 – According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, “Sopharma” AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on May 05, 2026 the Company sold 81 500 (eighty-one thousand five hundred) treasury shares representing 0.02% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of EUR 142 460.00 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was EUR 1.75.
The total number of treasury shares after this transaction is 10 323 000 representing 1.91% of the share capital of the Company.
