SPH Notification for sale of treasury shares

Sofia, Bulgaria, May 08, 2026 – According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, “Sopharma” AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on May 07, 2026 the Company sold 145 000 (one hundred forty-five thousand) treasury shares representing 0.03% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of EUR 257 965.01 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was EUR 1.78.
The total number of treasury shares after this transaction is 10 178 000 representing 1.89% of the share capital of the Company.
