SPH Notification for sale of treasury shares

Sofia, Bulgaria, May 12, 2026 – According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, “Sopharma” AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on May 11, 2026 the Company sold 194 730 (one hundred ninety-four thousand seven hundred and thirty) treasury shares representing 0.04% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of EUR 365 107.32 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was EUR 1.87.
The total number of treasury shares after this transaction is 9 960 270 representing 1.85% of the share capital of the Company.
