SPH Notification for sale of treasury shares

Sofia, Bulgaria, May 13, 2026 – According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, “Sopharma” AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on May 12, 2026 the Company sold 30 270 (thirty thousand two hundred and seventy) treasury shares representing 0.01% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of EUR 57 310.30 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was EUR 1.89.
The total number of treasury shares after this transaction is 9 930 000 representing 1.84% of the share capital of the Company.
