Database Specialist (Oracle)

Location: Wrocław

Main purpose of the role and key responsibilities:
The person in this position will be responsible for administering, implementation and configuration of the oracle database, error analysis and bug correction.

Qualifications:

Candidates must have the following skills and experience:

Masters Degree or last year of study
Familiarity and practical field of experience with SQL, PL/SQL
Practical knowledge of perl scripting
Familiarity with key administrative issues of Oracle
UNIX/LINUX knowledge in general
Good English skills, both oral and written

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

Experience with Oracle RAC
Practical knowledge of perl scripting
Ability to read and modify Shell scripts
Familiarity with JAVA and/or C++
German language skills are a plus
Willingness to learn, discover and research in distributed environment
Ability to work as a team member
