TRW Automotive is the world leader in automotive safety, developing and producing the industry’s widest variety of active and passive systems.
It has recently announced the plan to open in Czestochowa EUROPEAN FINANCE SHARED SERVICES CENTRE.
The scope of the shared services center is to support all of TRW’s businesses across Europe.
By the end of 2010 it is expected to employ about 150 people.
Currently we are looking for candidates for the following positions:


Job Title: Accounts Payable Manager
European Shared Services Centre

Operating Range:
•Providing Disbursement services (Purchasing Support, Accounts Payable and Travel & Expense (T&E) Claim Processing and European Procurement Card administration) for TRW’s entities across EMEA.
•Championing and being actively involved in Procure-to-Pay business process improvement initiatives.
•Program managing and leading the setup of and staffing of the Accounts Payable processing staff to be located in the Polish SSC.
•Continually improving services and reducing costs through the use of technology and process improvement methodologies including Six Sigma.
•Working with the TRW Automotive Global Shared Services Procure-to-Pay Process Lead in her/his efforts related to continuous process improvement and standardization.

Key Skills/Personal Characteristics:
•University degree from an accredited institution with a major in Accounting or Finance is required.
•Knowledge of QAD or SAP ERP software, Hyperion and Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Project).
•Demonstrated successful experience managing, motivating and leading a team of people including conducting annual performance reviews, providing interim feedback, establishing performance and development objectives and succession planning.
•Demonstrated experience of setting up and/or running a top quartile regional financial shared services Procure-to-Pay process is desired.
•2-5 years Operational Management in the area of Procure-to-Pay including day-to-day management of personnel.
•The applicant must be proficient in Polish and English (written and verbal) and would ideally also be able to communicate in German and one of the following languages: French, Italian, Spanish and/or Czech.
•Experienced and knowledgeable in SAP FI/CO.
•Experience in Six Sigma, project management, project rollout or on project teams is a plus


Job Title: Accounts Receivable Manager
European Shared Services Centre

Operating Range:
•Managing the Credit, Collections and Cash Application functions for TRW’s entities across EMEA.
•Championing and being actively involved in Credit-to-Cash business process improvement initiatives.
•Program managing and leading the setup of and staffing of the Accounts Receivable processing staff to be located in the Polish SSC.
•Continually improving services and reducing costs through the use of technology and process improvement methodologies including Six Sigma.
•Working with the TRW Automotive Global Shared Services Credit-to-Cash Process Lead in her/his efforts related to continuous process improvement and standardization

Key Skills/Personal Characteristics:
•University degree from an accredited institution with a major in Accounting or Finance is required.
•5 years of Automotive Credit and Collections experience.
•Knowledge of QAD or SAP ERP software, Hyperion and Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Project).
•Demonstrated successful experience managing, motivating and leading a team of people including conducting annual performance reviews, providing interim feedback, establishing performance and development objectives and succession planning.
•Demonstrated experience of setting up and/or running a top quartile regional financial shared services Credit-to-Cash process is desired.

Job Title: General Ledger and Fixed Assets Manager
European Shared Services Centre

Operating Range:
-Managing portions of the General Ledger and Fixed Asset processes – as defined by the ESSC Service Level Agreements - for TRW’s entities across EMEA.
-Championing and being actively involved in Record-to-Report and Acquire-to-Retire business process improvement initiatives.
-Program managing and leading the setup of and staffing of the Record-to-Report and Acquire-to-Retire processing staff to be located in the Polish SSC.
-Continually improving services and reducing costs through the use of technology and process improvement methodologies including Six Sigma.
-Working with the TRW Automotive Global Shared Services Record-to-Report and Acquire-to-Retire Process Lead in her/his efforts related to continuous process improvement and standardization.

Key Skills/Personal Characteristics:
-University degree from an accredited institution with a major in Accounting or Finance is required.
-Knowledge of QAD or SAP ERP software, Hyperion and Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Project).
-Demonstrated successful experience managing, motivating and leading a team of people including conducting annual performance reviews, providing interim feedback, establishing performance and development objectives and succession planning.
-Demonstrated experience of setting up and/or running a top quartile regional financial shared services Record-to-Report and Acquire-to-Retire process is desired.
-The ideal candidate will have a knowledge of US GAAP and Sarbanes Oxley act.
-2-5 years Operational Management in the area of Record-to-Report and Acquire-to-Retire including day-to-day management of personnel.
-The applicant must be proficient in Polish and English (written and verbal) and would ideally also be able to communicate in German and one of the following languages: French, Italian, Spanish and/or Czech.
-Experience in Six Sigma, project management, project rollout or on project teams is a plus.
-Certification in Accounting such as Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) is a plus.
