Zarząd DataWalk S.A. z siedzibą we Wrocławiu (“Spółka”, “Emitent”) informuje o zawarciu w dniu dzisiejszym umowy z podmiotem świadczącym usługi chmury obliczeniowej z siedzibą w Warszawie w celu realizacji projektu na zlecenie organu administracji państwowej. Umowa dotyczy sprzedaży licencji na pełne produkcyjne wykorzystanie platformy DataWalk w charakterze centralnego repozytorium oraz usług w zakresie analitycznego wsparcia w działaniach związanych z zapobieganiem rozwojowi pandemii i skutkom COVID-19 („Projekt”).
Zarząd Spółki uznał fakt zawarcia umowy za informację poufną, ponieważ istnieją przesłanki, że realizacja Projektu może mieć pozytywny wpływ na przyszłą pozycję konkurencyjną Grupy Kapitałowej Emitenta na rynku globalnym, stanowi pierwszą referencję dla zastosowań związanych z obszarem zarządzania epidemiologicznego. The Executive Board of DataWalk S.A. (“Company”, “Issuer”), registered in Wroclaw, Poland, hereby informs that today it concluded an agreement with an entity based in Warsaw that provides cloud services for the implementation of the project at the request of the state administration. The agreement concerns the sale of licenses for full production use of the DataWalk platform as a central repository and services in the field of analytical support in activities related to preventing the development of a pandemic and the effects of COVID-19 ("Project"). The Executive Board of the Company recognized the fact of the signing the agreement as confidential information, as there are indications that the execution of the Project may have a positive impact on the future competitive position of the Issuer’s Capital Group on global market, by becoming a first reference in epidemiological management applications.
