CAI CARLSON INVESTMENTS SE - Receipt of notice of change in the Company's shareholding

The Management Board of CARLSON INVESTMENTS SE with its registered office in Warsaw (the Company, the Issuer), acting in accordance with Article 70 (1) of the Act on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies of July 29, 2005 (the "Act on Offering"), informs that on May 8, 2024 the Company received notifications regarding the change in the holding of the Issuer's shares by the Shareholders' Agreement concluded on February 21, 2024.
