CAI Korekta zawiadomienia otrzymanego w trybie art. 19 MAR | Correction of the notification received pursuant to Article 19 of the MAR Regulation

Zarząd CARLSON INVESTMENTS SE. z siedzibą w Warszawie (dalej jako Spółka, Emitent) informuje, ze w dniu 15 kwietnia 2025 roku Spółka otrzymała korektę powiadomienia od Prezesa Zarządu Pana Artura Jedrzejewskiego, sporządzonego w trybie art. 19 ust. 1 Rozporządzenia MAR i którego dotyczył raport ESPI 3/2025.
W korekcie, która stanowi omyłkę pisarską, poprawiono wartość ceny łącznej w punkcie 4d), która została błędnie wskazana jako 3 EUR. Prawidłowa wartość wynosi 3’260’880,00 EUR. Pozostałe informacje dotyczące transakcji, zawarte w raporcie nr 3/2025, nie uległy zmianie. Treść otrzymanej korekty powiadomienia Spółka przekazuje w załączeniu. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The Management Board of CARLSON INVESTMENTS SE. with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the Company, Issuer) hereby informs that on April 15, 2025, the Company received a correction of the notification from the President of the Management Board, Mr. Artur Jedrzejewski, prepared pursuant to Article 19, paragraph 1 of the MAR Regulation and covered by the ESPI 3/2025 report. In the correction, which constitutes a clerical error, the value of the total price in point 4d) was corrected, which was incorrectly indicated as EUR 3. The correct value of the total price is EUR 3'260'880.00. The remaining information regarding the transaction, contained in report no. 3/2025, has not changed. The Company provides the content of the received correction of the notification in the attachment.
