Zarząd CARLSON INVESTMENTS SE. z siedzibą w Warszawie (dalej jako Spółka, Emitent) informuje, że w dniu 15 kwietnia 2025 r. Spółka otrzymała zawiadomienia złożone w trybie art. 19 ust. 1 Rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) nr 596/2014 z dnia 16.04.2014 r. (MAR) od Prezesa Zarządu Pana Artura Jedrzejewskiego o transakcji nabycia akcji Emitenta poza rynkiem NewConnect.
Treść otrzymanego zawiadomienia stanowi załącznik do niniejszego raportu. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Management Board of CARLSON INVESTMENTS SE. with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the Company, the Issuer) informs that on April 15, 2025, the Company received notifications made pursuant to Article 19 (1) of the Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16.04.2014. (MAR) from the Chairman of the Management Board Mr. Artur Jedrzejewski about the transaction of acquisition of the Issuer's shares outside the NewConnect market.
