CAI Otrzymanie zawiadomienia o zmianie stanu posiadania akcji Spółki | Receipt of notification of change in the ownership of the Company's shares

Zarząd CARLSON INVESTMENTS SE z siedzibą w Warszawie (Spółka, Emitent), działając zgodnie z art. 70 ust. 1 Ustawy z dnia 29 lipca 2005 r. o ofercie publicznej i warunkach wprowadzania instrumentów finansowych do zorganizowanego systemu obrotu oraz o spółkach publicznych („Ustawa o ofercie”) informuje, że w dniu 15 kwietnia 2025 roku do Spółki wpłynęły zawiadomienia dotyczące zmiany stanu posiadania akcji Emitenta przez Porozumienie Akcjonariuszy zawarte w dniu 21 lutego 2024 roku.
W załączeniu do niniejszego raportu bieżącego Spółka przekazuje pełną treść otrzymanego Zawiadomienia. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Management Board of CARLSON INVESTMENTS SE with its registered office in Warsaw (the Company, Issuer), acting in accordance with Article 70 section 1 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on public offering and conditions for introducing financial instruments to an organised trading system and on public companies (the "Act on Public Offering") hereby informs that on 15 April 2025 the Company received notifications regarding change in the ownership of the Issuer's shares by the Shareholders' Agreement concluded on 21 February 2024.
