Zarząd CARLSON INVESTMENTS SE. z siedzibą w Warszawie (dalej jako Spółka, Emitent) informuje, że w dniu 15 kwietnia 2025 r. Spółka otrzymała zawiadomienia złożone w trybie art. 19 ust. 1 Rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) nr 596/2014 z dnia 16.04.2014 r. (MAR) od Prezesa Zarządu Pana Artura Jedrzejewskiego o transakcji subskrypcji Warranty Serii A uprawniające do objęcia akcji Emitenta Serii X.
Powiadomienie stanowi załącznik do niniejszego raportu. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Management Board of CARLSON INVESTMENTS SE. with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the Company, Issuer) hereby informs that on 15 April 2025 the Company received notifications submitted in accordance with Article 19 section 1 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 (MAR) from the President of the Management Board, Mr. Artur Jedrzejewski, on the subscription transaction of Series A Warrants entitling to acquire Series X shares of the Issuer.
