ATS Rejestracja zmian w Statucie Spółki. (Registration of amendments to the Articles of Association).
Zarząd Spółki Atlantis SE z siedzibą w Tallinnie informuje, że w dniu 19.03.2025 roku właściwy dla prawa Estonii rejestr spółek handlowych (Ariregister) dokonał rejestracji zmian Statutu Spółki wynikających z uchwał podjętych na Nadzwyczajnym Walnym Zgromadzeniu Akcjonariuszy w dniu 6.03.2025 roku.
W związku z powyższym aktualne brzmienie punktu 2.4 Statutu Spółki jest następujące: ,,2.4. Minimalna liczba akcji spółki bez wartości nominalnej to 7 000 000 (siedem milionów), maksymalna liczba akcji spółki to 28 000 000 (dwadzieścia osiem milionów).” Aktualna liczba akcji wyemitowanych przez Emitenta to 10 125 000. W załączeniu do niniejszego raportu Emitent przekazuje aktualne brzmienie Statutu Spółki w polskiej, angielskiej oraz estońskiej wersji językowej. The Management Board of Atlantis SE with its registered office in Tallinn informs that on 19/03/2025, the Commercial Companies Register (Ariregister) competent for Estonian law, registered the amendments to the Company’s Articles of Association resulting from the resolutions adopted at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on 6/03/2025. In connection with the above, the current wording of point 2.4 of the Company’s Articles of Association is as follows: ,, 2.4 he minimum number of the shares of the Company without nominal value is 7 000 000 (seven million) shares and the maximum number of the shares of the Company without nominal value is 28 000 000 (twenty-eight million) shares” The current number of shares issued by the Issuer is 10 125 000. Attached to this report, the Issuer provides the current wording of the Articles of Association in the Polish, English and Estonian language versions.
