SPH Notification of sale of treasury shares

Sofia, Bulgaria, September 5, 2025 – According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, “Sopharma” AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on September 4, 2025 the Company sold 67 700 (sixty-seven thousand seven hundred) treasury shares representing 0.01% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of BGN 184 903.00 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was BGN 2.73.
