SPH Notification for sale of treasury shares

Sofia, Bulgaria – According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, “Sopharma” AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on October 31, 2025 the Company sold 5 400 (five thousand and four hundred) treasury shares representing 0.001% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of BGN 14 689.00 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was BGN 2.72.
The total number of treasury shares after this transaction is 19 313 950 representing 3.58% of the share capital of the Company.
