EKP Rejestracja zmian w Statucie Spółki. Registration of amendments to the Articles of Association.

Zarząd Spółki ELKOP ESTONIA SE z siedzibą w Tallinnie informuje, że w dniu 31.12.2025 roku właściwy dla prawa Estonii rejestr spółek handlowych (Ariregister) dokonał rejestracji zmian Statutu Spółki wynikających z uchwał podjętych na Zwyczajnym Walnym Zgromadzeniu Akcjonariuszy w dniu 19.12.2025 roku.
W związku z powyższym aktualne brzmienie punktu 7.1 Statutu Spółki jest następujące: "7.1 Rok obrotowy Spółki rozpoczyna się dnia 1 grudnia i kończy dnia 30 listopada." W związku z powyższym bieżący rok obrotowy Spółki trwa od 01.07.2025 r. do 30.11.2026 r. W załączeniu do niniejszego raportu Emitent przekazuje aktualne brzmienie Statutu Spółki w polskiej, angielskiej oraz estońskiej wersji językowej. The Management Board of ELKOP ESTONIA SE with its registered office in Tallinn informs that on 31/12/2025, the Commercial Companies Register (Ariregister), competent for Estonian law, registered the amendments to the Company's Articles of Association resulting from the resolutions adopted at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on 19/12/2025. In connection with the above, the current wording of point 7.1 of the Company's Articles of Association is as follows: "7.1 The financial year of the Company begins on 1 December and ends on 30 November." Accordingly, the Company’s current financial year runs from 1 July 2025 to 30 November 2026. Attached to this report, the Issuer provides the current wording of the Articles of Association in the Polish, English and Estonian language versions.
