SPH Notification for sale of treasury shares

Sofia, Bulgaria, March 20, 2026 – According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, “Sopharma” AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on March 19, 2026 the Company sold 311 299 (three hundred eleven thousand two hundred ninety-nine) treasury shares representing 0.06% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of EUR 528 197.30 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was EUR 1.70.
The total number of treasury shares after this transaction is 11 480 663 representing 2.13% of the share capital of the Company.
