IMC Corrections to the 2025 Annual Report
The Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2025 published on 30 April 2026 contained errors in the Separate financial statements of the holding company IMC S.A.
The error consists in the incorrect recognition of foreign exchange differences on items denominated in foreign currency. The correction of the error directly affected the following items (pages 148-153): • Item D.II.2a “Amounts owed by affiliated undertakings” of Balance sheet was EUR 12,398,343.77 and became EUR 12,282,896.33. • Item 11b “Other interest receivable and similar income” of Profit and loss account was EUR 343,303.73 and became EUR 289,326.57. • Item 14b “Interest payable and similar expenses” of Profit and loss account was EUR (458,850.71) and became EUR (520,320.99). Accordingly, the total line items that included the above mentioned items were also adjusted. The above adjustments affect the Separate financial statements of the holding company IMC S.A. and do not affect the Consolidated financial statements of IMC S.A. We are enclosing with this current report the corrected Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2025, incorporating the amendments set out above.
