KER KERNEL ENTERS INTO EUR 100 MILLION LOAN AGREEMENT

Kernel Holding S.A., a Luxembourg-registered company (the “Company”), hereby informs that on 25 August 2026 it signed a loan agreement with the Export and Investment Fund of Denmark (“EIFO”) for an amount of up to EUR 100 million. The financing is provided under EIFO’s dedicated program supporting investments in Ukraine and will be used to fund the construction of the Company’s first wind power project in Ukraine.
The project forms part of the Company’s strategy to expand its renewable energy generation capacity and strengthen the resilience and energy independence of its production assets. Once completed, the project is also expected to contribute additional renewable generation capacity to Ukraine’s energy system.
