KRK Acquisition of treasury shares

With a reference to the public notice from 20 July 2026, Krka is publicly disclosing information on transactions relating to buy-back programme in the period from 21 August 2026 up to and including 27 August 2026. Krka acquired 6,912 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 1,804,960 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows:
- on 21 August 2026: 1,260 shares at a VWAP of EUR 260.00, - on 24 August 2026: 1,426 shares at a VWAP of EUR 259.25, - on 25 August 2026: 1,421 shares at a VWAP of EUR 259.33, - on 26 August 2026: 1,405 shares at a VWAP of EUR 261.05 and - on 27 August 2026: 1,400 shares at a VWAP of EUR 265.99. Price is calculated as volume weighted average price (VWAP). Ilirika d.d., Intercapital d.d. and NLB d.d. were brokers in these transactions. Detailed report on acquisition of treasury shares attached. The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 2,531,751 representing 7.720% of all shares issued. The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 2,538,663 representing 7.741% of all shares issued. The notice will be published on the Company's website (www.krka.biz) from 28 August 2026 onwards, for a minimum period of 5 years.
