CTS Notification of transactions referred to in Article 19(1) MAR

City Service SE (hereinafter – the Company) has received a notification from UAB “Unit Invest”, a person closely associated with Artūras Gudelis, Chairman of the Management Board of the Company, concerning a transaction in the bonds of the Company.
This information is made public pursuant to Article 19(3) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council on market abuse.
