This is to inform you that the Articles of Association as amended in Articles 6 and 20 and with the introduction of Article 20-bis following the resolutions adopted under items 1 and 2 on the agenda of the Shareholders' Meeting of 21 September 2026 - registered in the Companies Register on 6 October 2026 - has been published on the Company's website www.unicreditgroup.eu/articles-association as well as on the website of the authorized storage mechanism "eMarket STORAGE" managed by Teleborsa S.r.l. (www.emarketstorage.it/en) and is available to shareholders at the Company's Registered Office in Milan.
