PEN Photon Energy Group Announces Change of Group CFO

The Management Board of Photon Energy N.V. (the "Company" or the "Group") announces that that it has mutually agreed with Mr. Andrej Horansky to terminate their cooperation with effect from 14 October 2026. In connection with this, Mr. Horansky has stepped down from his position as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Group, to which he was appointed with effect from 1 October 2026.
Mr. Stanislav Zeman, who served as Chief Financial Officer from 4 September 2025 until 30 September 2026 and subsequently as Chief Operating Officer, has re-assumed responsibility for the Group's Chief Financial Officer function with effect from 14 October 2026.
