We are currently looking for: 'Marketing Assistant'
for our office in Warsaw (Poland) who wants to be a part of great team within one of the fasted growing software companies.

Your role:
• responding to customer
• contact (mail, phone) with potential foreign clients/ co-operatives
• preparing and presenting proposals/prospect inquiries, presentations
• planning, organizing and controlling marketing strategy
• office management
• sometimes support HR assignments

Your Qualification Profile:
• Experience in Marketing & Management, Economics or related fields
• Knowledge of the Business and Marketing; preferably in the IT- / Software industry or Direct Marketing Agency
• Marketing experience:
o Direct Marketing (email marketing, mailings)
o Online Advertising (search engines, key local web portals)
• Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Very good communication skills (oral and written) and networking skills
• Demonstrated ability to learn new and emerging technologies
• Fluent in English (preferably some certificate), additional languages is a plus
