On the position of Logistic Specialist you will be responsible for controlling the take in process, requiring data about eventual complains (quality, quantity), following up the usage of the components, challenging the figures from the Kaliningrad or Żyrardów factories, organizing reports, returning parts to vendor, attending eventual rework preparation, introducing corrective action on the sending and receiving side.

Very important on this position are: Technological University or College degree, 3 years experience in logistics area (goodsflow and booking), “challenging figures” thinking. You should also have computer skills, English knowledge (Russian would be advantage), good communication skills and skills for quick problem recognition and circumspect decision.

On the position of Industrial Quality Leader your responsibilities will be: supervising all processes in the supplier site(s) under his or her scope, driving actively quality improvement, manage JQE – Joint Quality Engineer, reporting Industrial Metrics, organizing trainings and regular quality review meetings with supplier.

Very important on this position are: University Degree, minimum 2-3 years of experience in quality assurance, being customer oriented and able to drive the change. You should also have product knowledge, team building/cross-functional skills.
