KER CHANGES WITHIN THE EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT TEAM

Kernel Holding S.A. (the “Company”) hereby informs that Mrs. Kateryna Spivakova has resigned from her position as Head of Communications, PR, and GR within the Executive Management Team of the Kernel Holding S.A. group of companies, with effect from 09 January 2026. The Board of Directors expresses its sincere appreciation for her dedication and valuable contribution to the Group’s development during her tenure.
In connection with the above, the Board of Directors has appointed Mrs. Olena Plakhova as the new Head of Communications, PR, and GR, effective 12 January 2026. Mrs. Plakhova brings extensive experience and proven leadership skills, well aligned with the Group’s strategic priorities.
