KER OPERATIONS UPDATE – IMPACT OF THE RUSSIAN WAR AGAINST UKRAINE

Kernel Holding S.A. (the “Company”) reports that Russian drone attacks on the Company’s port infrastructure in the Odesa region on the nights of June 05-06 and 06-07, 2026, caused further damage to its assets and disrupted operations.
A direct drone strike on the Company’s vegetable meal warehouse ignited a fire, resulting in a partial loss of stored inventory. Another drone struck the mooring wall (berth), necessitating further repairs. Fortunately, no casualties were reported. Repeated attacks continue to strain logistics and storage capacity. The full operational and financial impact of these attacks remains under assessment.
