SPH Notification for sale of treasury shares

Sofia, Bulgaria, June 24, 2026 – According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, “Sopharma” AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on June 23, 2026 the Company sold 29 000 (twenty-nine thousand) treasury shares representing 0.01% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of EUR 55 310.00 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was EUR 1.91.
The total number of treasury shares after this transaction is 793 050 representing 0.15% of the share capital of the Company.
