SPH Notification for sale of treasury shares

Sofia, Bulgaria, June 25, 2026 – According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, “Sopharma” AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on June 24, 2026 the Company sold 35 550 (thirty-five thousand five hundred and fifty) treasury shares representing 0.01% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of EUR 67 557.50 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was EUR 1.90.
The total number of treasury shares after this transaction is 757 500 representing 0.14% of the share capital of the Company.
