SPH Notification for sale of treasury shares
Sofia, Bulgaria, June 26, 2026 – According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, “Sopharma” AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on June 25, 2026 the Company sold 5 000 (five thousand) treasury shares representing 0.001% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of EUR 9 625.00 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was EUR 1.93.
The total number of treasury shares after this transaction is 752 500 representing 0.14% of the share capital of the Company.
