The Supervisory Board carried out its supervisory activities in accordance with the applicable laws, the
Company's Articles of Association and the Rules of Procedure of the Supervisory Board. The Supervisory Board reviewed the notice convening the General Meeting of the Company for 14 August 2026. The Supervisory Board established that the agenda item included in the notice concerns exclusively a personnel matter relating to the management of the Company, in respect of which there is no room for discretion under the applicable laws or the Articles of Association. Accordingly, the Supervisory Board has no objection to the agenda item or the related proposal. The above resolution was adopted unanimously by the Supervisory Board through an online vote conducted via e-mail.
