ENEFI Asset Management Plc. (“Company”), based on the information provided by EETEK Ltd. and Csaba Soós (plaintiffs), informed its esteemed Investors that the plaintiffs have filed a motion for reconsideration of the decision previously made by the Hungarian National Bank regarding prohibited market manipulation and insider trading - which was concluded in the meantime by dismissing the plaintiffs’ claims. The Metropolitan Court has scheduled a hearing to consider the admissibility of the reconsideration. Announcement: ENEFI Asset Management Plc. (the “Company”) informs its esteemed investors that the Budapest Metropolitan Court has today rejected the plaintiffs' request and ruled that a retrial is not permissible in the case in question.
