IRL Regarding the reorganization of AB INTER RAO Lietuva (hereinafter referred to as the Company)

The Company, in order to implement the decision of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company as of 18 May 2026 (hereinafter referred to as th Meeting) on reorganization of the Company by way of separation, submitted an application to the Financial Crimes Supervising Authority (herein after referred to as the FNTT), requesting permision to implement the decision of the Meeting. On 25 June 2026, the FNTT adopted a decision in which it decided that there was no basis to grant permision to the Company to implement the desion of the Meeting on reorganization of the Company by way of separation. On 20 July 2026, the Company appealed the decision of the FNTT to the Regional Administrative Court.
