IRL Regarding the reorganization of AB INTER RAO Lietuva (hereinafter referrer to as the Company)

The Company, in order to implement the decision of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company as of 18 May 2026 (hereinafter referred to as the Meeting) on the reorganization of the Company by the way of separation, submitted an application to the Financial Crimes Supervision Authority (hereinafter referred to as the FNTT), requesting permission to implement the decision of the Meeting. On 25 June 2026, the FNTT adopted the decision in which it decided that there is no basis to grant permission to the Company to implement the decision of the Meeting on the reorganization of the Company by the way of separation. On 20 July 2026, the Company appealed the decision of the FNTT to the Regional Administrative Court.
