IRL resignation of a member of the Supervisory Council

AB INTER RAO Lietuva (hereinafter referred to as the Company) announces that Victor Kolotievskiy resigned from his position of a member of the Company‘s Supervisory Council from 16 June 2022. He also held the position of Chairman of Company‘s Supervisory Council.
